Note, “St. Johns County” and “St. Johns County School District” are recognized as two separate agencies. Choose the specific agency to receive Bids/RFPs. DemandStar is a web-based electronic procurement system allowing vendors 24 hour access to information related to solicitations.
The St. Johns County School District utilizes VendorLink (for competitive solicitations released on or after July 1, 2025) to post all solicitation notifications to interested parties and for posting award notifications. It is the vendor's sole responsibility to monitor this site for bidding opportunities.
Vendor input forms and upcoming bids are available at Flagler County uses VendorLink, a free internet portal. Businesses are encouraged to sign up to register to receive email notification of upcoming solicitations.
SJC Purchasing posts formal and informal solicitations to Demandstar. Current solicitations are available by clicking here: View Open Bids or logon to the Demandstar Website. If you are not registered with Demandstar, you can also email the appropriate procurement staff to request solicitation documents.
